Our sponsorship onboarding process is designed to be simple, efficient, and fully digital. From initial interest to activation, we provide a streamlined online workflow that allows sponsors to securely submit all required materials—including logos, brand guidelines, creative assets, and approvals—through one centralized location.

The Team Onboarding portal is where registered teams officially complete their entry into The Basketball Festival (TBF). This secure submission process ensures all men’s, women’s, boys’, and girls’ teams provide the required information to compete, be scheduled, and promoted properly.

The Contractor Onboarding portal is the centralized location for all official TBF contractors, including equipment rental providers, referees, production partners, medical staff, and event operations vendors, to submit required documentation.

Contractors will upload insurance certificates, compliance forms, agreements, and any role‑specific credentials required to operate at The Basketball Festival. Completing Contractor Onboarding is mandatory prior to credentialing, venue access, load‑in, or payment processing.
