Game Day Operations volunteers are at the heart of the on‑court experience, helping ensure games run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Responsibilities may include court support, team assistance, credentialing, fan engagement, and supporting referees and event staff throughout live competition. This role is ideal for volunteers who want to be close to the action and contribute directly to the game environment.

Time Commitment: Volunteers should expect to work one to three shifts, each typically 4–6 hours, during tournament days. Game Day volunteers may be scheduled for early mornings, evenings, or multiple days depending on availability and event needs.

Event Operations volunteers support the broader festival experience beyond the court, helping deliver a seamless and memorable event for players, fans, and partners. Duties may include registration and check‑in, guest services, crowd flow, exhibitor support, merchandise assistance, and general event logistics. This role is perfect for those who enjoy hosting, organizing, and creating an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
