Branding & Artwork Requirement


All exhibitors are required to provide approved artwork and branding materials within the designated production timeline.


Artwork must meet event specifications and be submitted in a timely manner to ensure proper installation and presentation.

Please upload a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) in PDF, PNG, or JPG format. The COI must include proof of general liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. It must also clearly list The Basketball Festival, LLC as an Additional Insured. Coverage dates must include the entire event period, including any setup and tear-down days.

Our team will review your submission and notify you via email regarding the status of your application.


If approved, you will receive:


  • A confirmation of acceptance,

  • Additional event details and setup instructions,

  • Any outstanding requirements (e.g., payment, permits, or insurance documents).
