The Basketball Festival – Ticket Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Please read these Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations. These Terms apply to The Basketball Festival (the "Event"), produced and operated by The Basketball Festival, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Event Producer," "we," or "us").

By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, wristband, credential, pass, or other entry method (physical or digital) (collectively, "Tickets"), or by entering the Event venue, each holder ("User" or "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms. The original purchaser and any authorized recipient of a Ticket must inform all guests of these Terms.

The Event Producer reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version will be posted on the Event website.

1. Compliance with Laws and Event Policies

The Event will be conducted in accordance with all applicable venue, public health, safety, and security policies, including any federal, state, or local regulations and guidance in effect at the time of the Event. Compliance with these requirements—including entry conditions or health protocols—is mandatory.

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the Event without refund. Please review the Event website regularly for updated policies.

2. Revocable License

Tickets grant a revocable license to attend the Event. Violation of these Terms or any Event or venue policy may result in revocation of the license and denial of entry or removal without refund.

3. Ticket Ownership and Transfer Restrictions

All publicly sold Tickets are intended solely for the personal use of the original authorized purchaser ("Authorized Purchaser") and their invited guest(s). Tickets are non-transferable except as expressly permitted by the Event Producer.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit, invalid, or void.

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial, promotional, or trade purpose—including but not limited to contests, sweepstakes, advertising, sponsorships, or giveaways—without the Event Producer’s prior written consent. Violation of this policy will render the Tickets void, and the User may be denied entry.

By attending the Event, User grants The Basketball Festival, LLC and its affiliates, partners, and licensees the unrestricted right to record, photograph, and use User’s name, image, likeness, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for any purpose including commercial, promotional, or archival use, without compensation or further authorization.
